Thank God for Sydney. Sydney was cordial. Sydney was very helpful to me. My GPS wasn't working properly, and she drew me a map on Friday afternoon. PLUS, I had to call her at the Inn to guide me back to the Inn. Then, on Saturday, she printed out the directions to Fairfield Plantation Resort. She was patient and a sweetheart. You have a Jewel on your team. Phil was pleasant when I called to confirm the reservations.

Staff personable… a couple of things need attention in room..there was something like poopo slung onto top of shower curtain… the ceiling in the shower was pealing off.. a few minutes after turning on AC the carpet beneath was soaked.. I think the drain line is flowing inside inside of outside.. we understand due to COVID, things have changed a lot..

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the wifi and tv service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. The shower was great water was really hot ànd the water pressure was great qot a big shower head plenty of room in shower enough fron2!00 to fit easily without problem. Great!

I loved how clean and comfortable it was super friendly management . The breakfast was right on. We are definitely coming back.
